Passed away peacefully at Queen's Hospital, Burton.

Much loved husband of the late Pat and loving father to Alison.

The funeral service will be held on Monday 23rd December at 10.30am in the Cedar Chapel, Bretby Crematorium.

Donations in memory of Trevor will be divided between Birmingham Children's Hospital & Birmingham Children's Oncology Department and may be placed in the collection box following the service.
